By downloading, installing, or using Nexo Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We provide a premium media experience and expect users to respect the intellectual property of the content they play.

2. Description of Service

Nexo Player is a premium Android application providing:

Local and streamed media playback.
AI-powered audiobook generation from documents.
Encrypted file vault with biometric protection.
Neural offline text-to-speech.

3. Premium & Subscriptions

Premium features are managed through Google Play and RevenueCat. All transactions are final and handled by Google. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer or decompile the application.
Use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights.
Redistribute any part of the App without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, vault PIN loss, or improper use of the application.
